The Spirit R2534 of the Lord GOD is upon me, Because the LORD has anointed me To bring R2535 good news to the afflicted; R2536 F824 He has sent me to bind R2537 up the brokenhearted, To proclaim R2538 liberty to captives And freedom F825 to prisoners;

To proclaim R2539 the favorable year of the LORD And the day R2540 of vengeance of our God; To comfort R2541 all who mourn,

To grant R2542 those who mourn in Zion, Giving them a garland instead of ashes, The oil R2543 of gladness instead of mourning, The mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting. So they will be called oaks R2544 F826 of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.
