1 Corinthians 14:36-40 [ Verse 38 in Original: Greek ]
[ Read Chapter | Discuss these Verses ]
36 What? came the word of God out (5627) from you? or came it (5656) unto you only? 37 If any man think himself (5719) to be (5750) a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge (5720) that the things that I write (5719) unto you are (5748) the commandments of the Lord. 38 But if any man be ignorant (5719), let him be ignorant (5720). 39 Wherefore, brethren, covet (5720) to prophesy (5721), and forbid (5720) not to speak (5721) with tongues. 40 Let all things be done (5737) decently and in order.
