Now as touching things offered unto idols, we know (5758) that we all have (5719) knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up (5719), but charity edifieth (5719).

And if any man think (5719) that he knoweth (5760) any thing, he knoweth (5758) nothing yet as he ought (5748) to know (5629).

Howbeit there is not in every man that knowledge: for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat (5719) it as a thing offered unto an idol; and their conscience being (5752) weak is defiled (5743).

But meat commendeth (5719) us not to God: for neither, if we eat (5632), are we the better (5719); neither, if we eat (5632) not, are we the worse (5743).
