For when F20 they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by R135 the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed R136 out of water and by water,

The R144 Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is R145 patient toward you, not R146 wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.
