- 25 Then Darius the king wrote to all the peoples, R314 nations and men of every language F192 who were living in all the land: "May R315 your peace F193 abound! 26 "I F194 make R316 a decree that in all the dominion of my kingdom men are to fear and tremble before the God of Daniel; For He is the living R317 God and enduring R318 forever, And His R319 kingdom is one which will not be destroyed, And His dominion will be forever. F195 27 "He delivers and rescues and performs signs R320 and wonders In heaven and on earth, Who has also delivered Daniel from the power F196 of the lions." 28 So this Daniel R321 enjoyed success in the reign of Darius and in the reign of Cyrus R322 the Persian.
