When the LORD thy God hath cut off (8686) the nations, whose land the LORD thy God giveth (8802) thee, and thou succeedest (8804) them, and dwellest (8804) in their cities, and in their houses;

Thou shalt separate (8686) three cities for thee in the midst of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth (8802) thee to possess (8800) it.

One witness shall not rise up (8799) against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth (8799): at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established (8799).

If a false witness rise up (8799) against any man to testify (8800) against him that which is wrong;

And the judges (8802) shall make diligent (8687) inquisition (8804): and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified (8804) falsely against his brother;
