Now these are the records of the generations of Terah. Terah became the father of Abram, Nahor and Haran; and Haran R265 became the father of Lot. R266

Haran died in F172 the presence of his father Terah in the land of his birth, in Ur R267 of the Chaldeans.

Abram and Nahor R268 took wives for themselves. The name of Abram's wife was Sarai; R269 and the name of Nahor's wife was Milcah, R270 the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah and F173 Iscah.

Sarai R271 was barren; she had no child.
