Therefore leaving (5631) the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on (5747) unto perfection; not laying (5734) again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,

Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie (5664), we might have (5725) a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge (5631) to lay hold (5658) upon the hope set before us (5740):

Which hope we have (5719) as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth (5740) into that within the veil;
