R641 "Behold, Damascus is about to be removed R642 from being a city And will become a fallen R643 ruin. 2 "The cities of F210 Aroer R644 are forsaken; They will be for flocks R645 to F211 lie down in, And there will be no R646 one to frighten them. 3 "The fortified R647 F212 city will disappear from Ephraim, And sovereignty F213 from Damascus And the remnant of Aram; They will be like the glory R648 of the sons of Israel," Declares the LORD of hosts. 4 Now in that day the glory R649 of Jacob will fade, F214 And the R650 fatness of his flesh will become lean. 5 It will be even R651 like the reaper F215 gathering the standing grain, As his arm harvests the ears, Or it will be like one gleaning ears of grain In the valley R652 of Rephaim.
