16 "If I have kept the R840 poor from their desire, Or have caused the eyes of the R841 widow to fail, 17 Or have eaten R842 my morsel alone, And the R843 orphan has not shared F351 it 18 (But from my youth he grew up with me as with a father, And from infancy F352 I guided her), 19 If I have seen anyone perish for R844 lack of clothing, Or that the R845 needy had no covering, 20 If his loins have not thanked F353 me, And if he has not been warmed with the fleece of my sheep, 21 If I have lifted up my hand against the R846 orphan, Because I saw I F354 had support in R847 the gate, 22 Let my shoulder fall from the socket, F355 And my arm R848 be broken off at F356 the elbow. 23 "For calamity R849 from God is a terror to me, And because of His R850 majesty F357 I can do nothing.
