[ Read Chapter | Discuss these Verses ]
1 Then Eliphaz the Temanite answered (8799) and said (8799), 2 If we assay (8765) to commune with thee, wilt thou be grieved (8799)? but who can (8799) withhold (8800) himself from speaking? 3 Behold, thou hast instructed (8765) many, and thou hast strengthened (8762) the weak hands. 4 Thy words have upholden (8686) him that was falling (8802), and thou hast strengthened (8762) the feeble (8802) knees. 5 But now it is come (8799) upon thee, and thou faintest (8799); it toucheth (8799) thee, and thou art troubled (8735). 6 Is not this thy fear, thy confidence, thy hope, and the uprightness of thy ways?
