Joshua 8:1-2 [ Verse 1 in Original: Hebrew / Greek ]
[ Read Chapter | Discuss these Verses ]
1 And the LORD said (8799) unto Joshua, Fear (8799) not, neither be thou dismayed (8735): take (8798) all the people of war with thee, and arise (8798), go up (8798) to Ai: see (8798), I have given (8804) into thy hand the king of Ai, and his people, and his city, and his land: 2 And thou shalt do (8804) to Ai and her king as thou didst (8804) unto Jericho and her king: only the spoil thereof, and the cattle thereof, shall ye take for a prey (8799) unto yourselves: lay (8798) thee an ambush (8802) for the city behind it.
