Though Edom says, "We have been beaten R6 down, but we will return R7 F3 and build up the ruins"; thus says the LORD of hosts, "They may build, R8 but I will tear down; and men will call them the wicked F4 territory, and the people toward F5 whom the LORD is indignant forever." R9
