Numbers 12:10-16 [ Verse 16 in Original: Hebrew / Greek ]
[ Read Chapter | Discuss these Verses ]
10 And the cloud departed (8804) from off the tabernacle; and, behold, Miriam became leprous (8794), white as snow: and Aaron looked (8799) upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous (8794). 11 And Aaron said (8799) unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay (8799) not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly (8738), and wherein we have sinned (8804). 12 Let her not be as one dead * (8801), of whom the flesh is half consumed (8735) when he cometh out (8800) of his mother's womb. 13 And Moses cried (8799) unto the LORD, saying (8800), Heal (8798) her now, O God, I beseech thee. 14 And the LORD said (8799) unto Moses, If her father had but (8800) spit (8804) in her face, should she not be ashamed (8735) seven days? let her be shut (8735) out from the camp seven days, and after that let her be received (8735) in again. 15 And Miriam was shut (8735) out from the camp seven days: and the people journeyed (8804) not till Miriam was brought (8736) in again. 16 And afterward the people removed (8804) from Hazeroth, and pitched (8799) in the wilderness of Paran.
