Prayer for Help in Trouble.

Maskil F1501 of David, when he was in F1501 the cave. A Prayer.

1 I cry R4429 aloud with my voice to the LORD;

I make R4430 supplication with my voice to the LORD.

2 I pour R4431 out my complaint before Him;

I declare my trouble R4432 before Him.

3 When my R4433 spirit was F1502 overwhelmed within me,

You knew my path.

In the way where I walk

They have hidden R4434 a trap for me.

4 Look to the right and see;

For there is no R4435 one who regards me;

There F1503 is no escape R4436 for me;

No R4437 one cares for my soul.

5 I cried out to You, O LORD;

I said, "You are my R4438 refuge,

My portion R4439 in the land R4440 of the living.

6 "Give R4441 heed to my cry,

For I am brought R4442 very low;

Deliver me from my persecutors,

For they are too strong R4443 for me.

7 "Bring R4444 my soul out of prison,

So that I may give thanks to Your name;

The righteous will surround me,

For You will deal R4445 bountifully with me."
