Psalm 71:14-24 [ Verse 18 in Original: Hebrew / Greek ]
[ Read Chapter | Discuss these Verses ]
14 But as for me, I will hope R2131 continually, And will praise R2132 F713 You yet more and more. 15 My mouth R2133 shall tell of Your righteousness And of Your R2134 salvation all day long; For I do R2135 not know the sum F714 of them. 16 I will come with R2136 the mighty deeds of the Lord GOD; I will make R2137 mention of Your righteousness, Yours alone. 17 O God, You have R2138 taught me from my youth, And I still declare R2139 Your wondrous deeds. 18 And even when I am old R2140 and gray, O God, do not forsake me, Until I declare R2141 Your strength F716 to this generation, Your power to all who are to come. 19 For F717 Your righteousness, R2142 O God, reaches to the heavens, F718 You who have done R2143 great things; O God, who R2144 is like You? 20 You who have shown R2145 me F719 many troubles and distresses Will revive R2146 me F719 again, And will bring me F719 up again from R2147 the depths of the earth. 21 May You increase my greatness R2148 And turn to comfort R2149 me. 22 I will also praise You with a R2150 F720 harp, Even Your truth, F721 O my God; To You I will sing praises with the lyre, R2151 O Holy R2152 One of Israel. 23 My lips will shout R2153 for joy when I sing praises to You; And my soul, R2154 which You have redeemed. 24 My tongue R2155 also will utter Your righteousness all day long; For they are ashamed, R2156 for they are humiliated who seek my F722 hurt.
