Psalm 7:10-17 [ Verse 14 in Original: Hebrew / Greek ]
[ Read Chapter | Discuss these Verses ]
10 My defence is of God, which saveth (8688) the upright in heart. 11 God judgeth (8802) the righteous, and God is angry (8802) with the wicked every day. 12 If he turn (8799) not, he will whet (8799) his sword; he hath bent (8804) his bow, and made it ready (8787). 13 He hath also prepared (8689) for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth (8799) his arrows against the persecutors (8801). 14 Behold, he travaileth (8762) with iniquity, and hath conceived (8804) mischief, and brought forth (8804) falsehood. 15 He made (8804) a pit, and digged (8799) it, and is fallen (8799) into the ditch which he made (8799). 16 His mischief shall return (8799) upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down (8799) upon his own pate. 17 I will praise (8686) the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise (8762) to the name of the LORD most high.
