Holman Bible Dictionary

MAGBISH

(mag bihssh) Place name meaning, “pile.” A town in Judah's territory, possibly identified with the modern khirbet el-Mahbiyeh three miles southwest of Adullam, to which exiles returned to reclaim their inheritance (Ezra 2:30).
