13 Shout R2031 for joy, O heavens! And rejoice, O earth! Break forth into joyful shouting, O mountains! For the LORD has comforted His people And will have R2033 compassion on His afflicted. 14 But Zion said, "The LORD has forsaken me, And the Lord has forgotten me." 15 "Can a woman forget her nursing child And have no compassion on the son of her womb? Even these may forget, but I R2034 will not forget you. 16 "Behold, I have inscribed R2035 you on the palms of My hands; Your walls R2036 are continually before Me. 17 "Your builders F707 hurry; Your destroyers R2037 and devastators Will depart from you.
