[ Read Chapter | Discuss these Verses ]
7 "I have forsaken R633 My house, I have abandoned My inheritance; I have given the beloved R634 of My soul Into the hand of her enemies. 8 "My inheritance has become to Me Like a lion in the forest; She has roared R635 F135 against Me; Therefore I have come to hate R636 her. 9 "Is My inheritance like a speckled bird of prey to Me? Are the birds R637 of prey against her on every side? Go, gather all the beasts R638 of the field, Bring them to devour! 10 "Many shepherds R639 have ruined My vineyard, R640 They have trampled R641 down My field; They have made My pleasant R642 field A desolate wilderness. 11 "It F136 has been made a desolation, Desolate, it mourns R643 before F137 Me; The whole R644 land has been made desolate, Because no man lays R645 it to heart. 12 "On all the bare R646 F138 heights in the wilderness Destroyers have come, For a sword R647 of the LORD is devouring From one end of the land even to the other; F139 There is no R648 peace for anyone. F140 13 "They have sown R649 wheat and have reaped thorns, They have strained R650 themselves to F141 no profit. But be ashamed of your harvest R651 F142 Because of the fierce R652 anger of the LORD."
